Mr Zach Vogiatzis is a highly skilled Integrative Therapist with an excellent record of delivering high quality and specialist treatment to individuals presenting with a wide range of psychological challenges. He has more than eight years of clinical experience including working with varied backgrounds, cultures, sexual orientations and ages. He has worked in diverse settings, such as the NHS and third sector organisations.
He obtained his BSc in Psychology at Goldsmiths College, University of London with first class honours followed by a post graduate Diploma at King’s College in Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT). Whist completing his Doctorate at the University of East London he undertook specialised clinical training in Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) at the Anna Freud Centre and in Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy with Richman EMDR, a leading EMDR training provider.
Mr Vogiatzis has solid skills in the assessment and treatment of depression, general & social anxiety, panic & agoraphobia, obsessive compulsive disorder, PTSD & trauma and relationship & relational issues. He is able to offer therapy in English and Greek. Particular interests include the treatment of complex PTST & trauma, anxiety disorders and the use of mentalisation in interpersonal difficulties. He is committed to continuing professional development and to keeping up to date with research in psychological treatments.
Mr Vogiatzis therapeutic approach is tailored to individual's client needs and presentations thereby enabling them to develop a deeper awareness on to their everyday inner and outer challenges and establish a road-map for a way forward.
