Mr Calin Hopsitar first began his training with a BSc in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy from Babes-Bolyai University, Romania, before completing an MSc in Neurosciencewith distinction at King’s College London. His path has taken him through roles in NHS and private settings, working across a wide age range of children, adolescents, and adults, shaping the way he now works with clients.
In the therapy room, Mr Hopsitar brings a flexible, evidence-informed approach, drawing on training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. He integrates learnings from his academic research into practice to provide up-to-date interventions tailored to each client.

They tailor treatment and integrate multiple therapeutic perspectives to create a plan that is both evidence-based and uniquely suited to you.
Mr Hopsitar works with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress/burnout, eating disorders, trauma, personality disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and relationship difficulties.
Alongside his therapy work, Mr Hopsitar supports corporate clients to implement customised mental health programs, reflecting his interest in workplace wellbeing.
