Dr Cherilyn Lewis is a chartered clinical neuropsychologist who has completed the post[1]doctorate Qualification in Clinical Neuropsychologist (QiCN). She completed her clinical doctoral training at the University of Oxford and is currently working as a consultant clinical neuropsychologist in the private healthcare sector. She has over 15 years’ experience in neurorehabilitation for acquired brain injury, progressive neurological conditions, neurobehavioural presentations, functional neurological disorder, and vocational rehabilitation gained within both the NHS and private sectors.
Dr Lewis offers detailed neuropsychological assessment to build a profile of strengths and difficulties and to inform cognitive rehabilitation or psychological treatment . She has completed specialist training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in the context of adjustment or mood changes in neurological conditions. She has proven experience and expertise in mental capacity assessments.
