She draws on her knowledge of Yoga Therapy and Mindfulness for Mental Health to support clients in managing stress, enhancing coping, and promoting overall health.
All clinicians at The Chelsea Psychology Clinic are trained to conduct comprehensive assessments, considering you as a whole person rather than a specific issue. They tailor treatment and integrate multiple therapeutic perspectives to create a plan that is both evidence-based and uniquely suited to you.
Dr Pillay works with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, ADHD, relationship difficulties, OCD and addictions. She has specialist experience in treating eating disorders.
