Dr Eleni Panagiari is a counselling psychologist with experience across different settings, such as primary and secondary care NHS and child services, community-based charities and the private sector.
Dr Panagiari offers a number of approaches according to an individual’s needs utilising a pluralistic and relational focus. She is trained to use existential-phenomenological and personal-centred, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural, compassion focused, and schema approaches.
Dr Panagiari works with both adults and children who are struggling with a wide range of difficulties, such as depression, anxiety, phobias, bereavements and loss, emotional containment/anger, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, personality disorders, psychosis, eating disorders, chronic illness, and interpersonal difficulties.
Dr Panagiari is committed to providing a confidential, safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space for her clients. She works relationally with her clients, aiming to build a shared understanding of their difficulties and strengths. Her work is always based on care, trust, transparency, and openness.
