Dr Fatima Bibi is a consultant clinical psychologist who achieved a first-class degree in psychology at London Southbank University, a Masters in Theoretical Psychoanalysis at University College London and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London.
Dr Bibi has over ten years of clinical experience working within the NHS. She is currently leading on the delivery of an innovative clinical service across multiple boroughs in north London aimed at making psychological interventions more accessible for marginalised children, young people and adults; and at transforming mental health services for this cohort.
Dr Bibi has undertaken further training in Mentalisation Based approaches, Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches including Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Dr Bibi has worked with adults, young people, children, and families from a range of backgrounds, cultures and lived experiences. She has experience of working with a range of psychological and emotional difficulties including anxiety, low mood, anger, low self-esteem, self-harm, relational difficulties, and trauma.
