In his therapeutic work, Dr Sarras is dedicated to creating a safe and confidential environment where the emotional experience of the individual or family is central. Together with his clients, he listens to, observes, and seeks to understand their experiences. Through this process, meaning emerges around the anxieties, emotions, and relationships that are causing distress. This can often provide relief from painful emotional states and foster new insights and ways of relating to oneself and others.
