Gabi Colman

Dietitian

Gabi Colman first began her training with a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics at London Metropolitan University, graduating as an accredited practising dietitian. Her path has taken her through acute adult care and paediatric services, shaping the way she now works with clients and their families.

Gabi works predominantly in Child and Adolescent Mental Health, supporting children, adolescents, and young adults with eating disorders, disordered eating, and nutrition concerns, including those with neurodiversity such as ASD and ADHD. She collaborates closely with families to ensure they are involved in care and treatment decisions, fostering a supportive and inclusive approach.

Gabi is passionate about helping clients develop a healthy relationship with food, navigating conflicting societal messages, and achieving sustainable, evidence-based goals. She adopts a holistic, non-judgemental, and person-centred approach, integrating systemic practices and up-to-date evidence-based nutrition strategies in her work.
