Ms Jena Enright is an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist. She first began her training with a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities at Stellenbosch University and a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology at the University of Pretoria, before going on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology alongside a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology (Behaviour Analysis) at the University of Waikato.
In the therapy room, Ms Enright brings a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental approach. She draws on training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy, and has a particular interest in emotional dysregulation, trauma, and longer-standing patterns, but most importantly, she adapts what she does to fit the person in front of her.
Ms Enright describes her therapeutic style as empathetic and supportive. She aims to make her clients feel genuinely heard and safe within a non-judgmental space, working side-by-side with them to achieve their wellness goals using evidence-based interventions.
All clinicians at The Chelsea Psychology Clinic are trained to conduct comprehensive assessments, considering you as a whole person rather than a specific issue. They tailor treatment and integrate multiple therapeutic perspectives to create a plan that is both evidence-based and uniquely suited to you.
Ms Enright works with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including low mood, anxiety, stress, burnout, body image, and self-esteem difficulties, and has specialist experience in ADHD, neurodiversity, trauma, and emotional dysregulation. Whatever someone is struggling with, Ms Enright aims to offer support that recognises and respects their unique needs and experiences. She places great importance on creating a safe and supportive therapeutic space, where clients can deepen their self-awareness, make sense of their experiences, develop practical tools for meaningful change, and ultimately feel more grounded, empowered, and confident in navigating their lives.
