Jodi Gomez

Senior Educational Psychologist

Jodi Gomez is an Educational Psychologist with extensive experience in both private practice and hands-on educational support for children and adolescents. She completed her BA Psychology (Hons) at the University of Central Florida and her MSc Clinical Psychology at the University of the West Indies, Trinidad and Tobago. Jodi has worked across mainstream schools, alternative education settings, home-schooling programs, after-school programs, and NHS services, supporting children with learning difficulties, developmental delays, behavioural and emotional challenges, and social communication difficulties. She has also contributed as a part-time lecturer in the Clinical Psychology Master’s programme at the University of the West Indies.

Jodi provides Cognitive Assessments, Psychometric Testing, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Assessments, and ADHD Assessments. Her work includes evaluating cognitive abilities, academic achievement, social-emotional-behavioural functioning, executive functioning, and life skills development. She creates tailored intervention plans based on assessment findings, providing practical recommendations for schools, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support children’s learning, social engagement, and overall development.

Jodi works with children, young people, and families, supporting a wide range of difficulties, including ADHD, ASD, learning difficulty/disability, child behavioural issues, emotional dysregulation, adjustment difficulties, social communication issues, and cognitive/academic challenges. She also collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to create tailored educational and developmental plans.

Whatever a child or adolescent is struggling with, Jodi aims to provide support that recognises and respects each individual’s unique needs and strengths.
