Rebecca Sultan

Clinical Psychologist

Ms Rebecca Sultan first began her training with a Master’s degree in Clinical and Affective Psychology at the University of Geneva, followed by a postgraduate specialisation in Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapy at the same university, where her final thesis was awarded by the University’s Scientific Promotion Committee. Her path has taken her through private practices and clinical settings, where she has supported adults and young adults, shaping the way she now works with clients.

In the therapy room, Ms Sultan brings a flexible and collaborative approach, drawing on training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Approaches, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Adopting a warm and collaborative approach, she places great importance on creating a safe and comfortable space for her clients, where they can deepen their self-understanding, feel empowered, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

All clinicians at The Chelsea Psychology Clinic are trained to conduct comprehensive assessments, considering you as a whole person rather than a specific issue. They tailor treatment and integrate multiple therapeutic perspectives to create a plan that is both evidence-based and uniquely suited to you.

Ms Sultan works with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress/burn out, ADHD, ASD, OCD, personality disorders, adjustment difficulties/disorder/illness, emotional dysregulation, self esteem difficulties, interpersonal difficulties, trauma, and chronic pain. Whatever someone is struggling with, Ms Sultanaims to offer support that recognises and respects their unique needs and experiences.

She offers therapy in both French and English and is HCPC registered.
