That can be a really difficult thing to approach because we don’t want to offend anyone. Mental health is something that we should all be talking about. And especially if we’re concerned about people, there’s lots of things out there that people can access nowadays that will help you to feel better. The best way to perhaps approach it is to just have a very open conversation with your family member or a friend and just say, you know, “I’ve noticed that you’ve been behaving in a certain way or feeling a certain way, and I’m a little bit worried about you. Are you okay? Can I do anything that might be helpful?”
