If you feel worse, it’s important to raise this with your psychiatrist or your psychologist, because it may be a normal part of the process of the illness that you’re experiencing, or even of the treatment. Sometimes, the treatment will make you feel a bit worse on the way to feeling better again. But it’s crucial that it’s discussed with your clinician so that you can understand what’s going on and make sure that you’re okay.
