So I believe that anyone can succeed with therapy and can benefit from therapy, and there are factors that determine how successful therapy can be such as whether someone is in the right state of mind to be able to approach a certain difficulty. So often it’s a case of being able to work with a therapist that you really click with, and that’s often the most important factor in therapy, in terms of getting where your therapist, feeling that you can open up to them and you can trust them and that you can say to them when a therapist isn’t working or when a treatment option isn’t working. And the therapists at Chelsea Psychology Clinic are all trained in multimodal therapy, so if one particular approach isn’t working for you, they can often try a different approach to try and really help you to come to terms with and to get the best outcomes from the treatment and from therapy.
