How we can help?

Whatever support you’re looking for, we can help. Our psychologists and psychiatrists are trained to treat a wide range of issues from low mood, stress and anxiety to more complex mental health difficulties. We can provide sessions on an individual basis, for couples, groups and families, alongside offering a range of specialist assessments. Book an initial consultation and we’ll match you with the service and support you’ll most benefit from, according to your unique needs.

Frequently asked questions

Our clinic consists of a team of highly experienced clinicians who all have many years experience in treating emotional difficulties. Our clinicians usually come from a strong NHS background and have a complex understanding – and ability – to formulate emotional difficulties. As a result, you can be confident that we will offer you the right professional support to meet your individual needs.
When you first get in touch with the clinic, our clinical triage team will ask you a range of questions to determine which specialist is right for you. Many of our clients will get assessed by a clinical or counselling psychologist to begin with. However, if you require medication or your difficulties are more severe and/or complex, we may recommend that you start by seeing a consultant psychiatrist.
If you have a preference to see a specific clinician, please let us know. We will always do our best to accommodate your request. However, part of our clinical triage process is to determine which clinician we believe is the best fit for you and your needs. And so, following your assessment, we will suggest the clinician who is best tailored to help your individual difficulties.
