I think the best treatments for stress are ones that incorporate something that we call psychoeducation, and that’s a form of therapy where you really help people to understand the link between our thoughts, our emotions, and our behaviours, and then, moving on from that, the kind of CBT type approach, which will help people with all of those elements.
